Regarding high-magnesium foods, I’m on board with your wife about chocolate. In fact, every day I have a chunk or two (or three) of dark chocolate. Of course, I also hedge my bets with plenty of spinach and avocado. Today I will start experimenting with a new supply of Mg-malate. I’m looking to reduce my nighttime leg cramps. Now if we could just find a high-magnesium beer!
